Whats your commitment?
- To do a minimum of 2 Runlab sessions a week (Any combination)

Of course we realise that post the 10 weeks, you may wish to continue with the Plan or Nutrition bundle. This can be arranged especially if the event you are targeting is in mid 2019 for example. You are not committed to continue past the 10 weeks, its totally your choice. if you chose the “Event Membership” the actual race day/week day plan can be activated at a time closer to your event too – but you still get access to the knowledge hub etc for those 10 weeks!
