Dear runners, we have commenced TERM 3 2020 on the 19th of July. You are welcome to join ANYTIME throughout the Term as we have a pro rata option available. We have plenty options to suit you. This includes group interval training sessions outdoors – a combination of group interval training sessions and online sessions OR Online sessions only.

With ONLINE only, we provide you with a choice by level of oval or trail running interval sessions together with a functional strength session you can do LIVE on a Wednesday at 6pm via zoom from your home gym. Added to this you will be invited to the Sunday Athletes Check in Zoom. This is where all Term runners of Runlab jump on via zoom and we discuss the upcoming weeks sessions and the added performance tasks to help you mentally prepare for racing (first time offered in Term 3). you also get added instantly to the Term 3 private Facebook group to keep you on track.

Of course either of these 2 zooms can be re-watched later at a better time that suits you. So as you can see its totally flexible.

We are practicing social distancing and good hygiene practices at all physical sessions.

With a return to physical training, many events planned towards the end of the year and heading towards Spring, we have been receiving a lot of enquiries about joining Term 3. We have taken this opportunity to put together a first time offered performance term. In Summary the PERFORMANCE Term will task runners with completing a log and offer timed tests, challenges and more. Creation of a potential problem race plan and more will get you race ready.
