Our ON GROUND sessions in limited locations are now open for entry. We will help you take your running to another level in our dynamic group running and strength sessions. Our term runners not only get weekly sessions but awesome partner discounts and access to additional mindset coaching and support with weekly zoom meetings.

We have sessions in

Lake Macquarie – Newcastle – Central Coast – Centennial Park and Manly

NOTE: All groups start from Monday 24th April EXCEPT Manly which starts a week later 1st May

We have sessions suitable for all types of runners – intervals on ovals “Myrungroup” – functional strength classes for runners “Runstrong” – intervals on trails “Mytrailgroup”. Our offering is especially suitable for trailrunners! And we also have an exciting session for younger runners in the Hunter = Young Guns.
