SHOAL BAY Supersession!
Our next supersession is a run on sections of the Tomaree trail run. Starting at SHOAL BAY runners will head out on the trails south running in Tomaree national park, returning via the scenic coastline, covering the start of the 21.1km race route back up to Mt Tomaree for one challenging session

We are not running the actual race route due to flooding – however we will cover many sections including the very difficult and challenging start of the longer race. We are adding in additional sections not on the race route for some added hill training and will start and finish at Shoal bay. PLEASE download the route onto your device. LINK HERE
This session will include an effort up to Mt. Tomaree. The run is expected to take 3 hours and is the type of training that gets you the required strength adaptions for Ultra Marathons. The bonus will be running on sections of the race course for those doing the race in September.
Post race we will grab a quick takeaway meal from the County club right next to the Beach.

Start 7am sharp. Course GPX will be sent to all runners that enter ahead of the day.
We will run an A and B group (25km/18km). Hydration vests required.
