Let’s go 2024!
Saturday 13th January. Its definitely time to continue the build or ramp up your trail running ahead of your 2024 goals.
Join the Runlab team of Coaches for a trail running day on the trails of Bouddi National Park. All participants will be looked after, running a 14km or 24km loop with an option to walk out and back too. All participants will receive FIXX Fuel to take on the run, Crampfix sachet and a 250ml Fixx Soft flask. Entries are limited.

Meet HERE at McMasters Beach Carpark at 7:45am for an 8am sharp start
Cost is $35.
There are facilities to Shower/Swim post run and join us at the Cafe for a meal (Participants own cost) at Macs Beach Cafe
Gear required
Hydration vest or ability to carry 1.5 litres of fluid + a snake/compression bandage + a mobile phone (We have Bandages for sale if required)
