Ideally placed in Thredbo village at the start of the new year, our next running camp is ideal for all levels of runners looking to kickstart and boost your 2023 of running. Ideal for anyone competing in Trail events in 2023 with an added focus on preparing runners ahead of the KOSCI Ultra 2023. Qualified run coaches and run leaders will ensure all levels are catered for and challenged.
We have a limited number of places set at 35 runners and 5 Coaches
INCLUSIONS
All entrants receive a $50 Salomon trail running gear voucher!
Two nights Accommodation at Thredbo YHA (We have the entire venue booked) its dorm style accomodation in rooms of up to 4 – with access to all amenities and a commercial kitchen where you can store and prepare any meals not covered – being 1 dinner – Lunches – and snacks.
FIXX nutrition provided for all sessions
All Breakfasts and a BBQ Team dinner on the Friday night
Day lift pass for Saturday so we get to the best bits faster.
There will be a chance to take part in up to 5 runs – a recovery session and Mindset coaching workshop. First run 2pm FRIDAY
Lebent 30% code for all runners to activate ahead of the camp together complimented with an educational zoom with the Lebent product specialists.
We are running a MINDSET COACHING class during the camp with Dr. Andrew Gardner Clinical neuropsychologist and mental performance coach covering strategies to help you race well to complement your physical training. Goal setting/Signal lights and habit formation all covered.
