Congratulations on taking the first step! Did you know that we currently run 1 weekly session on a Monday in Warners Bay at 5:45pm? And from Term 4 we will be adding a second weekly class on a Thursday at 5:45am. Simply get in touch with us and come and try out our sessions. These 75 minute Myrungroup group interval based running sessions will suit any level of runner that is looking to train with purpose. You will improve and be educated on running training and form. Our Coaches are educated passionate runners!
