HOW can you make a difference to your running in just 4 WEEKS?

Come try Runstrong in the last 4 weeks of Term 2.

This is the first time we have offered this deal! Share it with those that are wanting to improve their running and prevent future running injuries!



Attend either the Monday at 6:30pm or Wednesday at 6:00pm @The concept (Hunter only) RUNSTRONG classes which run weekly throughout the Runlab Term
Take part in the 1 hour Runstrong session with the rest of our Athletes, developing coordination and strength in a functional gym session targeted specifically for runners
Directly after the class you are invited to remain with the instructor and receive additional technique coaching, work on additional exercises and target specific concerns or questions you may have relating to your running! 

Classes run on 10th, 17th, 24th June and 1st July for the Monday session

Classes run on 12th, 19th, 26th June and 3rd July for the Wednesday session

The cost is only $49* only for the four classes and 4*30 minute added sessions !

*If you don’t have Fitness Passport or Concept membership $5 payable per gym visit.

**This is for New runners and/or those not having done a Runstrong Term in the last 12 months .

From Vlad Shatrov: Runners, this is a genuine must try, Ive developed this course and its results speak for themselves. Dont be shy, beginner to advanced. Do yourself a massive running favour and get to see what Runstrong is all about! You dont have to be doing any Runlab sessions currently at all, open to all so it will sellout! Ages 16 and over only!
