Super Form Session
In one of the myrungroup classes at each location during a Term – Vlad Shatrov will be on hand to lead the group through an intensive session with a focus on Form. This isn’t just about teaching technique but also its an intense focus of at least 30 minutes working on activating and strengthening key muscle groups for better running efficiency.

Accelerator
Accelerator is run to demand. We plan to start running Accelerator in 2015. This group is focused on bringing people up to a Super group level or that that are currently C grade. The sessions will run for a similar duration and be structured similarly to regular runlab sessions but the focus will be more on improving fitness.
