A couple of important updates!

Central Coast – The Monday Combo session in Term 4 on the Central Coast is 50% Myrungroup and 50% Runstrong. Its still at Slade Park on a Monday evening.

Hunter – We are adding a Monday 6:30pm class at the Concept in Highfields AND Wednesday changes to a new time slot of 6:15pm. We also have Runstrong Ultra 3pm on a Sunday

Sydney – Thursday 6am remains

Specifically in the Hunter, We have added the Monday 6:30pm session and the Wednesday 6:15pm sessions at the Concept at a time that a) Allows more people to get there post work and b) gives is priority to the larger area to train within the gym!

Sundays new Ultra Runstrong is a different but similar class. Its specifically places on Sunday afternoon as most of us have by then completed our biggest training sessions – hence we are fatigued. This session incorporating 15 minutes of traditional Runstrong exercises but then now adding 5 exercises per week of heavy weight, will give you strength adaptions required for those looking to do longer runs next year AND supercharge your recovery. If your doing this class the Supersession on the 26th (Less than 2 weeks away is mandatory)
