7am Start at Manly Dam. Cost $30

Session runs for 2 hours on sections of the course of the Sydney Trail Series. This session includes practicing technique and training on stairs and technical single Trails.

Meeting location is right beside the dam as you drive in off King Street – Meet near the playground and public Toilets
