Summer Sessions 2021 now open!

Get running with a difference in 2021!

Perfect for those wanting to start their running training early in 2021, our January sessions wont disappoint. Commencing 11th January, we are offering 5 Weekly sessions throughout the Hunter region. Perfect for seasoned runners and those wanting to try Runlab ahead of Term 1.

If you have a running event coming up in the first half of 2021 – This is perfect for you, especially if your looking to be one of the 50 Team Runlab runners heading to UTA.

It is recommended that you complete all three sessions (two sessions for Youth) each week for two weeks for maximum exposure to Runlab training and for real fitness results. However there is an option for reduced classes too.

Note: Our next 10 Week Term starts from the 25th January.

Adults

Weeks commencing 11th and 18th January 2021

Tuesday 5:45am Myrungroup: Interval training session in or close to Merewether/Bar Beach. Perfect for any runner wanting to work on improving fitness, strength and speed running on grass ovals/paths and some sand.

Wednesday 6pm Runstrong: Strength session with a focus on functional exercises specific to running. Perfect for improving functional strength and efficient for runners and/or those returning from injury. Based at the Concept Gym in Highfields, an additional $5 is payed to your trainer at the session and ice baths are encouraged to be used post session. NOTE: the first session will start at 5:30pm in week 1 – this is so the UTA LAUNCH night can commence from 6:30pm.

Thursday 5:30pm Mytrailgroup: Interval running session close to Glenrock reserve in Newcastle. Perfect for any runner wanting to work on improving fitness, strength and speed running on trails, single track, sand and stairs.

Youth

Weeks commencing 11th and 18th January 2021

Perfect for improving functional strength and efficient for runners and/or those returning from injury. Thursday 4:00pm Mytrailgroup: Interval running session close to Glenrock reserve in Newcastle. Perfect for any runner wanting to work on improving fitness, strength and speed running on trails, single track, sand and stairs.

Youth

$99 2 weeks 94 sessions) or $49 for 2 sessions of choice
