Congratulations to all runners who made it too the State XC  championships. You all did very well and are role models to all upcoming runners.

We also appreciate there are some disappointed runners amongst you, but thats only because you aim high and it means so much to you.

From everyone at Runlab, we wanted to say well done, congratulations. You did so well! Thankyou to the Coaches and parents who have worked so hard for many months supporting our runners. We look forward to a bright future and congratulate Liam for now going on to the National XC Championships!

What makes many of these runs incredible guys is that many of the age groups are combined in the final selection. Quite a few of our runners were in the younger of the two age groups making is very difficult to progress.
