Logistics

Wednesday 26th September 6pm @The Concept – 16 George St, Highfields NSW

Cost – $35

6pm-7pm – Practical session of 30 minutes explaining correct lifting techniques (Runstrong Ultra) followed by a 30 minute high intensity functional strength class (Runstrong).

7pm-8pm  Exclusive talk hosted by Alicia Edge from CompEat as we launch our new nutritional partnership ahead of Term 4.

Come and meet Advanced Sports Dietitian & Compeat Nutrition Founder, Alicia Edge as we launch our Runlab partnership to help runners better understand their daily and racing nutritional needs.
We will cover off some nutrition must have’s including the “top 5 must have race day tips” before opening up to a Q&A session.
