Accredited Salomon Athlete and Coach Vlad Shatrov has developed the industry leading training framework that is RUNLAB and we continue to push the boundaries with and for you with a team of Coaches who themselves regularly run in trail running races

We have new running sessions in Manly – Centennial Park and on the Central Coast. if you want details of how to join, please get in touch via the below form.
All runners will also be added to our regular Term Runners private group and receive all our partner discounts as well as be able to take part in our online Sunday zoom sessions with industry experts hosted by Vlad Shatrov to further educate and allow you to interact and if required ask questions about your training (this is recorded if you cannot make it so you can watch it later).
And as a BONUS – we will run an ONLINE STRENGTH session with you, and give you a workout but also a solid understanding of the exercises you can do to improve your running that can be completed in a basic home gym with minimal equipment.
Manly sessions are on Mondays at 6pm meeting at Manly Dam. The ultimate start to your week with Tom Batrouney as Coach. Central Coast sessions are Wednesday’s at 5:45pm meeting at Kincumba Mountain Reserve with Dan Price as coach, and Centennial Park sessions 6:00am Wednesdays with Matt Gore.
