If you are joining us for the First Time, a special Welcome. Some runners do one session a week with us, and others do 3 sessions a wee – this depends on your goals and location But in term 3 we have these great sessions to choose from
Mondays Runstrong 5;45pm Newcastle, Mytrailgroup Manly 6pm, and Young Guns 4pm Newcastle. Tuesdays myrungroup Merewether 5;45am, Wednesdays 4pm Young guns Newcastle and 5;45pm Runstrong Newcastle, and Thursdays 5:45pm Mytrailgroup Newcastle.
