We have a limited intake of 15 runners to join either our Monday (Manly Dam 6pm) or Thursday (Newcastle Area 5:45pm) Mytrailgroup sessions.

RUNSTRONG classes run for 75 minutes and in Terms 2 and 3 (A running light is mandatory)
