Hi Team! As the Time trials continue over the next 2 weeks please take note of the following that applies to you!

HUNTER MYRUNGROUP:

Wednesday 29th March

Hunter Sports Centre – Glendale

Please bring $3 and wear your RUNLAB gear. We will be doing some filming and photography on the evening. Let us know if you dont want to be in the filming. We will be there from 5:00pm with Runlab gear in case you would like to purchase it on the night!

Warmup – 5:30pm

Time Trial 1 – Starts 6pm. This is for C groupers and or those that must leave early

Time trial 2 – Starts 6:20PM Sharp. Everyone else and the largest amount of runners.

There will be a drill super set on the oval from 5:40pm run by Justin and Vlad so join in as soon as you can

HUNTER MYTRAILGROUP:

Meet Merewether Carpark (Top) off Scenic for a sharp 5:30pm start.

Warmup will take place with 4km Time trial commencing at 5:50pm Sharp on Burwood beach finishing up near the hanglider lookout.

Pack not required but you can wear it if you want.

SYDNEY MYRUNGROUP:

Monday 3rd April

6:00pm ES Marks Athletics centre

Please bring $6.50 and wear your RUNLAB gear. (you can save by paying track entry online from ES Marks) We will be there from 5:30pm with Runlab gear in case you would like to purchase it on the night!

Warmup – 5:50pm

Time Trial  – Starts 6:20pm.

There will be a Time Trial also on Tuesday run by Mike at the Rozelle location.
