BRING Swimmers this Tuesday!
We are well into TERM 1 already and before you know it, we will all be running in our upcoming Cross Country events at school. Some of you will be looking to progress further onto Regional and possible State and National! For this reason our focus is shifting.
You may have noticed that during Term 4 and the start of this Term, we have spent a lot of time on drills and activation (Core, Glutes and Hammy’s). This work has progressed now, and whilst we will continue it – rather than spending a lot of time explaining it, we will be able to incorporate it into the sessions with minimal stoppages as we really focus on building endurance.
There are quite a few runners with important races next weekend – We wish you all the best guys, well done to Josh too who at 6 years of age just ran a Parkrun PB of 31 minutes. Welcome to Sienna,
