Our Supersessions are one-off unique events. The aim is to run these in idyllic locations, offer exceptional training and create memories for our runners – Every Supersession is unique. Check this one out!

Our next Supersession on the Central Coast is here! Open to all runners road and or trail! Great training for everyone regardless of if you are doing the Bouddi Coastal Run or not.ENTRIES are OPEN NOW – This is OPEN to all runners including runners that done train regularly with RUNLAB.

Join Vlad Shatrov (Salomon Athlete – Blackmores Running Festival Trainer – Runlab Founder) and his Runlab Coaches on a 2-3 hour training session which will develop you as a trail runner – allowing you to run the technical and challenging course with lots of stairs and climbing, this is included in both of the upcoming races. After after the run, join Vlad and the Runlab Coaches along with all your running partners for a bite to eat giving you the chance to talk to the Coaches and learn the tips and tricks that could help you with your running journey.

DETAILS

All runners are welcome and you get these awesome inclusions – Cost $39 per person. ENTER HERE  

 

  •  2-3 hour session on Saturday 12th October 2019
  • 7am start
  • Hydration and electrolytes provided
  • Specifically we will cover a 6km section of the race (The most technical) so that you are better prepared for the race.
  • Stair training will be a specific focus of the session
  • There will be an A and B start option (see below) to cater for all levels of runners. This will mean that you can cover 8km (B Group start) or 15km (A group start) depending on your running ability.
  • Limited to 40 participants
  • 10% Race entry discount
  • Breakfast with the team post session (Own Cost) at The Barefoot Cafe, 100 Marine Parade, Macmasters Beach ( http://barefootcafe.net.au )

 

This session has two start points for A Group Runners and B Group Runners. ALL details will be sent ahead of the day.

A Group Runners Meet HERE 7:00 am, MacMasters Beach, 93 Marine Parade, (3km Run to the start of the Bouddi National Park Entry)

B Group Runners Meet HERE 7:15 am, Bouddi National Park Entry Point, Corner The Scenic Road and Mt. Bouddi Road, MacMasters Beach


all entrants should be able to run 6km and currently run a minimum of 3 times a week.

Session A Group
Start 7:00 am @ MacMasters Beach, 3km Run to Bouddi National Park Entry point (insert map location)
6km loop of the Bouddi Coastal Run Course + Strength and technique components both Trail – Stairs – Sand
4km loop back to MacMasters Beach

Session B Group
Start 7:15am @ Bouddi National Park Entry point (insert map location)
6km loop of the Bouddi Coastal Run Course + Strength and technique components both Trail – Stairs – Sand
Drive 3km back to MacMasters Beach, 93 Marine Parade to join us for Breakfast or
Optional – if you think you are able enough to join Group A for 4km Loopback (providing you have arranged transport)
