Central Coast:  Budgewoi Tuesdays am.

Registrations are OPEN. If your eligible for a FREE session pass (ie haven’t participated in a previous session/supersession with us) you will still be required to register but use the code “vipcasual18” when you have setup your profile and selected Myrungroup casual from online store/services/myrungroup-  A Pro rate code can be used to enter the rest of the Term the next week (Note Joining fee still applies).

Terms run for 10 weeks.
Term 1 commences week of 29th January
Term 2 commences week of 23rd April
Term 3 commences week of 23rd July
Term 4 commences week of 8th October

Our Budgewoi group is a SUPER GROUP (Caters for A, B and C standard runners). Our usual training location is SLADE PARK. Most sessions are run on the grass oval but we will occasionally utilise nearby bike paths and other running tracks. Occasionally we will meet at an alternate nearby venue so we encourage you to check your weekly Runlab e-news and the Runlab website. See Weekly session updates on the homepage underneath the timetable. We train in the rain and only cancel sessions in extreme weather warnings. These notifications will be on your local Runlab Facebook page and be sent to you as a notification. All term runners receive the added benefits of becoming a Runlab runner in addition to our weekly training sessions. If you are going to miss your planned weekly session, don’t worry – just make it up at another of the weekly sessions in your area 

Sessions run for 75 minutes and your trainer is Vlad Shatrov. Hydration and a sports towel are recommended for all sessions with valuables (keys) able to be secured with the coach. A running light is mandatory for TERM 2 and TERM3. We look forward to training with you in this dynamic group where you will be motivated, challenged and educated in your running so over time you will #achieveyourimpossible.
