Attention: Runlabbers in Sydney/Sydney South

Hi Runlabbers,

One of our partners Biomechanics Healthcare Rhys Donovan and Dan Garner have offered to put on a free session for all runlabbers.

It’ll be on Functional Movement with some trigger point thrown in.

What is Functional Movement?

Based on anatomical and biomechanical principles set out by the ‘father of function’ – Gary Gray, you will be educated on how the body moves, how the body compensates for pain and stiffness and be taught a series of movements that you can do in your own time to alleviate pain and improve flexibility

Trigger Point.

Many of us have foam rollers and spiky balls – but do we know how to use them the most effective and efficient way?

If attending please bring your own foam rollers / spikey ball

If you don’t have them they’ll be available from Biomechanics for;

Rollers are

$22.50 for the 45cm,

$30.00 for the 90cm

Spiky balls are $13.

Sold as a pack

$38 for the big roller & ball

$30 for the small roller & ball.

I encourage everyone to give this a go, if it proves popular and people are interested in becoming a more regular thing I’m sure I can work something out for you.

Again this is totally FREE and is for runlabbersonly.

Please email damon@runlab.com.au if you’d like to attend
